Forming, portioning and loading directly into trays or on to plates etc.
This machine was programmed to load two stacks of 2x burger patties directly into a plastic tray- one behind the other. However, the machine can be programmed to run any number of products into any tray/plate etc. It can also be run as a continuous forming machine, or as just a stacker. An automatic paper interleaver is included.
The conveyor has individual speed control and can be modified/adjusted to suit any vessel size or guide rails removed for simple product direct onto the belt.
Drums can be ordered that can run any size shape(s) that will fit into a 130mm circle.
The machine has had little use. It was purchased in anticipation of a project that didn’t eventuate.

The I4000 machine is a heavy duty build with larger hopper, longer paddles and larger port area so that it can form shapes into a wider drum.
Its possible to form burger patties up to 140mm diameter, or 51/2 inch gingerbead men. Alternatively, four or five smaller shapes can be placed across the wider drum for increased production.
Comes with a 140mm dia drum and a range of paddles to suit different pressures.
New cost with drum is NZ$35,165.
