Helix tunnel ovens carry over the same flexibility of the original Eurovens in providing various conveyor belt types, heat applications and options to bake pizza’s, breads and pastry’s, as well as cookies, biscuits, meats, chicken, roasts, tortillas, pita, nan and arabic breads, - most baked products.

Ovens are available which will slot into any existing production line, or as stand alone ovens in a plant, shop or restaurant situation.

Eurovens pioneered the travelling Stone oven conveyor and with the introduction of the Helix version, the oven has been compacted and further industrialised.

Cookies, Pastries, Vegetables, Meat and Chicken can be cooked directly on the fine mesh stainless steel conveyor belt, or on trays through the oven.

Individual top and bottom temperature control and fine conveyor speed control allow the oven to be tailored exactly to the products cooking requirements.

Large, small, modular.

Gas or Electric.

Helix provide semi-automatic and fully automatic Pizza production lines from 300 pieces/hour to 2,800 pieces per hour.
The lines consist of dough forming and shaping, baking (on stone or wire), cooling and transfer to packing lines.
